Unison Agent Dashboard — token system & screens

Direction: the trust-ledger. Kelowna brokerages run on conveyancing paperwork, trust accounting and title documents — pale blue-green ledger stock, navy ink, ruled columns, stamped status marks. That world is dense and quiet by default, and it is what leadership already trusts on a screen share. Surfaces stay tinted paper rather than white so figures read as printed rather than rendered; colour appears only as ledger stamps: variance, pipeline stage, freshness.

Notes on the build

Permission is shown, not implied: the scope bar renders brokerage / office / agent as a dashed, non-interactive breadcrumb with “Scope locked to you”, and the transaction widget states its row visibility rule in the header.

Freshness sits in the same place on every screen and every breakpoint — a dot, a clock time, the word “nightly”. Amber replaces green when a source misses its window, and the widget’s info popover names the system that failed.

Every figure is IBM Plex Mono with tabular figures on, so price, commission and cost columns align to the digit. Currency and units carry weight and colour, never decoration.

Mobile keeps the same widget order and the same numbers; only the container changes. Info controls are 44px hit targets, tables become records, and the trend line drops its gridlines rather than shrinking its type.
